My 8th grade teacher once described me as a “giant ball of sunshine” which my friends, family, and coworkers would say is still accurate to this day. As an outgoing and energetic team member, I have channeled this positivity into my role as a dedicated User Experience designer.
I graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Graphic Design. While I was proficient in coding, my true talent lay in User Experience design. I joined the User Experience Team at Commerce Bank where I excelled in creating, redesigning, and elevating numerous mobile and desktop interfaces spanning the entirety of the banking environment. Leading various design initiatives, I collaborated with diverse stakeholders, engaging in continual communication and iterative design refinement. Despite challenging project demands, my efforts consistently yielded exceptional outcomes, enhancing satisfaction levels among retail and commercial banking customers.
I have years of experience of navigating complex business requirements while consistently delivering excellent user experiences. As a passionate and diligent UX Designer, I bring a blend of creativity and technical expertise, making me an ideal addition to any team seeking innovation and collaboration.
